All persons must sanitize hands before entering the hall
Each organisation/ club is responsible for hygiene control, sanitize all surfaces tables, chair frames and door handles
Toilets, strictly one person at a time. Wash hands with HOT WATER and use only hand air dryer. Use surface sanitizer provided to wipe toilet door handles/ flushing button before and after use. Used blue paper towels are to be put in the bin provided
Kitchen. NO TEA TOWELS the dishwasher heat kills virus on each cycle. Black tea / coffee stains on cups should be hand washed prior to loading in the dishwasher
All kitchen work surfaces and doors, equipment including kettles and hot water boiler, to be sanitized before and after use with approved sanitizer provided. Cutting boards can be sterilized by washing in the dishwasher. They fit upright in the baskets
GROUP LEADERS MUST keep a record of ALL attendees and contact details. This is for the purpose of Track and Trace.
RUBBISH REMOVAL: ORGANIZERS MUST ENSURE THAT ALL RUBBISH AND BLUE PAPER TOWELS USED TO SANITZIE SURFACES ARE REMOVED FROM THE BUILDING. NEW WASTE SACKS ARE IN THE BOTTOM OF THE BINS.
