The hall is now open and ready for use. All Covid-19 rules apply and there are sanitising stations in place.
To date we have not planned any community events due to the current restrictions of numbers of people allowed in the hall at one time. These will start as soon as government restrictions are lifted. Thank you for your patience

A Coffee Morning takes place the 1st Wednesday of every month. This popular coffee and chat morning is run by THE BORDER VILLAGES COMMUNITY GROUP.
SOUP LUNCHES take place on the 3rd Wednesday of the month from September to April . Soup, freshly made in the hall kitchen, home-made cakes, crusty bread and tea or coffee £4 per person. All proceeds to hall funds .
Broome village hall has always been central to the village. The committee works hard to ensure the hall is kept to an very good standard and consistently looks for ways to improve the facility while maintaining the hall as a community base. I may have moved out of the village but I am still very much involved with the hall. Former resident of Broome

How much does it cost to hire the hall?
The hall costs £6.50 per hour to hire. Click on the link below for full terms and conditions of hire.
Why is a deposit asked for?
We ask for a deposit to cover any possible damage and or cleaning that is not within normal expectations.
