Broome Village hall is a lovely place to hold a family "do". It not only has a great kitchen and facilities it is just so welcoming. Apart from the hall it's nearby children's play area is also a great asset. Well done and thank you to the hall committee for making it such a nice place to be. The BORDER VILLAGES COMMUNITY GROUP hold a Coffee Morning on the 1st Wednesday of every month. All are welcome. Tea Coffee and cakes on offer as well as good company and chat.
3rd Wednesday of the month from September to April . A choice of 4 delicious soups made in our kitchen on the day, home-made cakes ,crusty bread and tea or coffee £4 per person. All proceeds go to village hall funds.
Following our Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 12th March 2020 Fred Hartwell has kindly agreed to remain in position as Chair for 2020. Hazel Middlemiss agreed to remain as the Treasurer on a temporary basis until a replacement could be found. Colin Rafferty was voted in as Secretary.
The other members of the Committee remain the same. We do have spare places on our committee and welcome new "blood" to help us to look forward to the future with new ideas.

How much does it cost to hire the hall?
£6.50 per hour for the main hall and kitchen. Other charges and full terms and conditions can be found on the HIRE Terms page.
